E iarna in toata regula, cu zapada, stele inghetate si nasuri rosii. Suntem in saptamana dinaintea Craciunului si aerul incepe sa se schimbe parca, vibreaza altfel.

It's winter all right, with snow, with frozen stars and red noses. We are now in the week before Christmas and the air starts to change somehow, it vibrates differently. Beyond all the commercial excitement and the noisy media, if you listen carefully you can hear a light tinkling of silver little bells announcing the arrival of that wonderful night when, near the Christmas tree, our children and our inner children as well will be waiting for the presents. The traditional Christmas carols will be singing about the Nativity of the Holy Child and we will be remembering more than other days about our family, about our friends, about our departed ones. There is a certain thrill, an inner eager in every one of us to live again the magick of the most beautiful night of the year.

And as usual, we wisely tell our children to be obedient and kind, so they will get nice presents form Santa Clause, while our own inner child waits anxioulsy a present, a good sign for ourselves, although we don't admit this openly. And we always get something nice, even not in form of a present nicely rapped and found under the Christmas tree. It can be a call from someone dear who lives far form us, or a warm look or a hug filled with love, or a few hours of peace and quiet, or the visit of some dear friends, or a dinner with our family, or the light in the eyes of someone of which you brought joy somehow, or... There are so many presents that are coming towards us! We only have to recognize them. And to accept them with open heart.
